Tap. Poured a clear golden color with an average fizzy frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate dough, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium yeast sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

Draft at Sedona Charlottesville. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy hops, perfume, earth, nuts, pale malts. The taste is pale malts, herbal and earthy hops, spice, mild buttery notes. Medium bodied.

Draft at Craft. Pours hazy deep gold with white head. Nose was floral spices, yeasty esters, peppery. Tasted medium in palate heft, with floral, yeasty spicy flavors up front, and more late hops and fruit. Stays dry and yeasty.

Pouring at session one of Belgian Beer Fest in Boston. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Nice and musky, sweet soft hay and wheat. Sweet with a nice musk component. Soft citrus, lively but small carbonation, very delicate and gentle. Easy drinking, dry musk and yeast on the finish.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2013 On tap at Black Star Co-op. Pours near hazy gold a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has notes of light fruits with a bit of light flora. Flavor is similar with flora and light fruits with a light sweet grain backbone and a touch of Belgian yeast.

Sample on tap at the Cock & Bull. Good foamy white head. Mostly clear pale yellow color, good lace. Nice citrus peel nose. Light spice, good dry texture, light fine carbonation. Nice light umami, spicy sort of zesty taste. Solid light sessionable saison.
