3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at On Tap - Whole Foods’ Columbus Circle in-store bar.
Appearance - a beautiful light amber with a creamy white head and beautiful lacing.
Despite being a beer that’s supposed to be all about the hops, I was underwhelmed by the aroma - faint grassy notes, but fairly muted.
On the palate, a creamy mouthfeel with hints of pine and grass, finishing with a clean and lingering, but not overpowering, bitterness.
Not a bad way to spend a pint, but I wouldn’t seek it out.

Draft at Gizmodo Home of the Future. Pours a hazy gold with one finger of white foam and good retention. Aroma is pine and resin, peach, strawberry. Taste is sweet malts, orange, peach, and pine with very little bitterness. Good.
