If it weren’t for the oysters, this would be a very thin and uninspired stout. There is an interesting hint of saltiness on top of a very lightly roasted malt backbone. Passable.

Aroma is very bold but balanced, coffee and cocoa notes are present
Flavor is also very bold but well balanced, a light saltiness, heavy cocoa notes.
Very nice beer, I’ve become a big fan of these Oyster stout releases

Another disappointment from the strangely intriguing title of "Oyster" Stout. Like every other oyster stout I’ve had, this just tastes like a good dry stout with the faintest hint of what might be sea brine. Dark, smooth and dry but I want some funky underwater flavors on my palate.
