12 oz. thin can. Pours a clear amber color with a large beige head. The aroma and flavor have a nice resiny, earthy, sticky citrus hop character with dry bready malts and a splash of caramel. The finish has a nice level of bitterness. I give extra points for things I can take on the golf course.

Very light and not to hoppy, but with a great taste. I would buy a 6 pack again!

Can, imported in a friends luggage. Beautiful golden hazy pour, head disappears soon. Immense aroma, of orange and citrus pith and resinous pine and slight hint of booze. Tastes immensely bitter with a strong malt backbone that doesn’t feel at all sweet like many double IPAs do. Strictly one to take slow and savour though, this one demands respect.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice DIPA. Aroma is malt and alcohol to me of bad sinuses. Taste is a very balanced malt/alcohol/hops experience at first, and then the hops and then the hops remain with long-lasting, but not out-of-control bitterness. Booze warmness remains as well. Not a warm weather beer for certain. Very, very tasty.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 12 oz can. The beer pours to a cloudy golden/amber color. The aroma has a resin citrus smell to it. The taste is a medium slightly bitter flavor to it. Overall an excellent IPA.

Slim can. Pours a hazy dark orange color with a nice head. Nose is bitter, with citrus and deep sweet resin. Taste is upfront bitterness, with deep citrus pine and resin. Finish is dry and very bitter with a long bitter finish. Great for the hop headed. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Pours a hazy orange with a beige head and sweet aroma o citrus and resin. Tate is bitter sweet, lots of pine and resin with citrus and hops leading to a heavy bitter, dry finish. Nice, complex bitter DIPA

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance- Pours a soft cloudy amber with a crisp white head. Decent lacing.
Aroma- Orange peel and spice flower.
Taste- Notes of citrus fruits and spices. Some subtle toasty pine with a nicely balanced bitterness. Sweet and dry.
Palate- On the thin side with medium carbonation.
Overall- Sweeter DIPA, nicely balanced and not terribly complex. Very good but expected more from the hype. Still, worth trying

My favorite of the core four cans from Sixpoint. The pine hop is masked in this one, but in no way is that bad. High in alcohol, but you would never know by the taste. Floral citrus notes, smooth and drinkable.
