COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
They should be good men; their affairs as righteous: But all hoods make not monks. Beneath a deep blanket of snow there is a cereal grain that can survive the harsh winters and acidic soils - RYE. Like a draped hood over a monk, it is the righteousness inside that shines.

Draught at Fette Sau as Righteous Rye. Mildly hoppy aroma, like a mixture of American and German hops. Cloudy dark brown colour. Very small tna head. The flavour starts off nicely roasted, then comes a mild aroma hoppiness. The finish is malty and roasted with a slightly strange tartness. Good nevertheless.
