There is no beautifier of complexion, or form, or behavior, like the wish to scatter joy and not pain around us. Crisp Lager has nothing to hide behind - no makeup to cover up any flaws. Raw ingredients and their essence, full and unabated...uninhibited...CRISP.

Great sweet and juicy pilsner. Goes down so easy. Body but not heavy. Very delightful. Perfect

BBD 3/18/15. Golden pour with a very slight haze. Outstanding head volume, lacing and retention. Outstanding nose of citrus hops (tangerine, orange) over biscuit with hints of lemon and a very subtle spicy herbal note. Light body with a bit of smoothness in the texture. Slightly above normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice prickly finish. The outstanding flavor profile is intense, not very complex and well balanced. It begins with a blended hop flavor (herbal, lemon) that slowly separates into orange towards the middle. A crisp bitterness emerges in the middle over a balancing biscuit. The finish is slow bitter fade with a bit of a pucker and is semidry.

Can in Wetherspoons at Stansted Airport. Pale amber, clear and with a medium white foam head. Nose is sweet malt, grassy, lemon, little sour sherberty, fresh cut straw. Taste is bitter, grassy, barley malt grainy, straw, bit of menthol, touch of pine, crisp dry lager yeast. Somewhere between a lager and a golden ale.

12 oz. can poured at my brother’s house in Methuen, MA. Pours a clear yellow with no head. Smells like citrus hops. Tastes like citrus with a bitter finish. Noticeable lack of carbonation. Drinkable.

Very nice Ruby red grapefruit smell, taste is pretty smooth and lighter on flavor, light grapefruit flavor without the bitterness, but not that tasty..better with time perhaps

Draft. Clear gold. Straight up pilsner. Does the job. Paired well with lunch yesterday. Medium/light all around. Easy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can 7/3/2015. Golden. Bitterness is smooth. As the name implies, very crisp. Refreshing and drinkable. Sad I only purchased one.
