Jack is back tasting at Bruce’s. Can liberated from Spoons by Paul - cheers. Very light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and airy and slightly dry. Fine carbonation. Floral start goes well with the lagerish malt. Touch of dry violets. Light dry finish with mild bitterness. Quite a floral pils.

Can at Samuel Peto Spoons Folkestone. Clear gold lasting ivory head. It’s a thinnish metallic lager. Some odd lemon. Hmmm this isn’t great. Not sure I would want to drink this again. Odd lemon lime flavour. Not much hop. Too carbonated.
