Hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Fairly good retention and some lacing. Aroma is fruity and floral with some hops. Taste is of grapefruit and lemon, with grassy hops and bitterness. Somewhat floral with some maltiness and pine. Long bitter finish. Medium to heavy carbonation and light body.

Golden in colour with a whiye head. Lacing is very good with steady carbonation. Some slight bitterness followed by grassy and resin flavours. There is a very faint fruity taste.

Fra fad, ABC Restaurant, New York. Næsten klar, gylden, ok hvid hat. Græs, hø og citrus i næsen. Ren og frisk og med en delikat antydning af røg. Lever op til sit navn.

Can at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 9 March 2014. Poured a clear, golden with dense, white head and good lacing. Sweet, malty aroma with notes of dried fruit and dough. Initial flavours of lager malt, straw and sultanas. Finish was mango, hay and dry grains.

355ml Can from Crystal Palace (Wetherspoons), Glasgow (£2.49):
Light pilsener malts & some grassy hops with a crisp & clean aroma that has some bittersweet notes coming through & faint citrus with a few earthy notes as well. It was a fairly light smelling beer & pretty much as I was expecting for the style.
Clear, light golden colour with a lot of visible carbonation showing through plenty of bubbles rising to the surface. Has a half cm, foamy white head that hold pretty well with some lacing too.
Light & clean pilsener taste with some earthy bitterness coming through & a few malts as well. There was a light citrus & lemon taste with some grassy hops on top of that.
Smooth & clean on the palate with a naturally crisp finish as the name hinted at. The beer was a good thirst quencher with carbonation levels about medium with a medium body & a slightly bittersweet finish.

A decent pilsener & not a bad offering from Sixpoint, although it wasn’t in the same league as their Bengali Tiger. Nice & crisp, living up to the name at least but there are better pilseners out there.

Can, The Bishop Vesey (sic- they could have spelled my name right), Sutton Coldfield (well, actually, Boldmere), 04/04/14. After a dry 2 hours seeking festival beers I was reduced to sinking a can of this in the garden of The Vesey. Spiralling lager gold propping firm white head. Soapy herb and orange squash nose. Same taste with perfumed rubber and peel; coriander, pale toast. Wheat not lager. Not bad. Lemon barley squash. Long way to come for a can of rubbery wheat.

Fairly standard lager this one, nothing special, I was expecting something a bit different

On draft. Pours a cloudy gold, light white head. Aroma is sweet malt, lemon, light citrus, grass. Flavor is very sweet yet full if lemon with the accompanying bitterness, rears it's head on the finish. Medium mouthfeel. Doesn't taste much a pilsener, but quite drinkable
