COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no beautifier of complexion, or form, or behavior, like the wish to scatter joy and not pain around us. Crisp Lager has nothing to hide behind - no makeup to cover up any flaws. Raw ingredients and their essence, full and unabated...uninhibited...CRISP.

Can at Momofuku in Toronto. A surprise to find this on the menu at a Toronto restaurant, as Sixpoint has never had any beer available up there previously - brought in as a private order, I guess. Pours a beautiful clear orange-gold with a snow white head that a lot of lacing. Aroma is excellent - sweet and bready malt, floral hops, a suggestion of lemon balm, all in balance. Crisp and clean body, just as the name suggests. Flavour is lovely, with floral, grassy & all-around snappy hops coming to the forefront without being too aggressively better. Maybe my surprise at finding it in an unexpected place has skewed my rating up by a couple of points, but it’s still one of the best lagers I’ve had in ages.

Small sample during Carnivale Brettanomyces ’16. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma is quite fruity and hoppy, nice. Taste is also quite fruity with a decent hoppiness and a medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbo.

Not a bad Pilsner. Slight hop bite and "crisp" enough. Vikings VS. Packers pregame. Go Viks!

Can. Lemony nose, nicely hopped but seems US hops. Light biscuity malts. Tangy hop flavor, peaches, oranges, medium lager character. High carbonation and pretty strong bitterness. Good stuff.

On tap at Community Tap in Greenville. Great beer for the style- exactly what a pils should be. Clean and crisp. Went down pretty quickly after biking around greenville in 90 degree heat. Not complex or overdone. Appropriate grass/ herb and biscuit levels. Just about right.
