Can at Momofuku in Toronto. A surprise to find this on the menu at a Toronto restaurant, as Sixpoint has never had any beer available up there previously - brought in as a private order, I guess. Pours a beautiful clear orange-gold with a snow white head that a lot of lacing. Aroma is excellent - sweet and bready malt, floral hops, a suggestion of lemon balm, all in balance. Crisp and clean body, just as the name suggests. Flavour is lovely, with floral, grassy & all-around snappy hops coming to the forefront without being too aggressively better. Maybe my surprise at finding it in an unexpected place has skewed my rating up by a couple of points, but itís still one of the best lagers Iíve had in ages.

Can at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Gold with a moderate white head and a light fizz. Tropical notes up front, apricot and suchlike, followed by a light grassiness. Pleasant but not overwhelming sweetness. An atypical pilsener with a distinct American influence, and all the better for it.

Aromas of grassy hops, earthy, bready malts. Yellow-gold, mostly fading white head. Pretty well balanced, crackery, grassy. Light bodied, pretty crisp.

Straw color with big white head. Slightly sour citrus aroma. Quite effervescent up front, followed by sweet light malt and lemon citrus hop. Decent pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

can @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber color, whute head cover, strands of lace. Light aroma of malt. Taste is malt that turns citrus on the swallow, becoming more bitter as it lingers in a long finish. Hops are more prevalent than malt, but, otherwise, a decent brew.

Can at the Capitol Wetherspoons, Forest Hill. Cloudy gold pour with a wispy white head. Pineapple and peach aroma. Crisp fruit linger on the palate. Quite nice.

Slim can into glass. Pours a yellow hazed sunshine on a breezy day. Aroma of dandelion hops and Milwaukee malts. Easy drinker, room for improvement, but OK. Slim cans are cool.

From a can, Nejaimes in Watertown CT...Okay, so a strong pilsner that meets the Crisp expectation and with an aftertaste beyond bitter - to be expected from a strong pilsner. Definitely doughy, and a good dessert to a martini. This is not a one after another beer. Its a palate wrecker.

Unusual slender can. Fair amount of persistent head. Apple-y up front, herbal bite throughout. Goes down a little harsh. Interesting but not great.
