Sampled from can at Standard Market, Westmont. Not much tops a really fresh pilsener, even out of a can or bottle. But the style is very delicate and demanding, which is why there are not many small brewer versions on shelves. This one has a sharp, peppery nose of Noble German hops, pale yellow, with a welcome beer fizz. taste is clean, with light malts working hand-in-hand with those hops.

Nice lager with very hoppy tones. More like an IPA. Citrus and pine. Pretty carbonated, not much head.

355ml can. Clear golden with one finger white head. Hoppy aroma with pine, mango, tropical fruits, citrus and orange as well as a soft maltiness in the background. The taste is, believe it or not, rather crisp with citrus, pine and a semi-aweet maltiness. The mouthfeel is refreshing but not too thin and the carbonation is rather noticeable and semi-lively. Actually quite a nice pilsener.

Can. Clear to semi-hazy yellow, fairly big white stable head, lots of lacings. Aroma is grassy, slight sweet malt, bready, new world hoppy with flowers. Taste is malty, bready, grassy, semi buttery, citrus, medium bitter with long duration. Medium body, medium carbo, crisp albeit oily texture. Decent, stylistically a hybrid between a german and czech pilsener but with a fair amount of new world hops.

Can @ home. Clear golden with a medium off white head. It’s a dry, sweet, and hoppy pilsener. Decent with a prolonged duration and dry finish. Aroma and taste of grass, citrus, flowers, bread, grain, earth. Medium bitter finish with pine apple and grape and earth lingering.

Poured a crystal clear amber with a one- to two-finger white foamy head that retained well and laced poorly. Carbonation moderate and with medium sized bubbles. Aroma subtly of fruity hops and pilsner malt with hints of citrus and passionfruit. Taste straight up of a pleasantly nice slight bitterness, not much in the way of malt characters but with a hint of lemon/citrus. Light body. Crisp and smooth with a nice lingering moderate bitterness. Easy to drink.

355ml can, 5.4%. Dark yellow, pretty clear, still, small foamy off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is indistinct citrus and caramel. Body is medium, spritzy carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is caramelly sweet, damp flannel, sugar crystals, a touch sooty with a dry flowery finish. Crisp and clean. OK hoppy lager.

Can. Clear golden liquid with medium egg shell white head. Aroma of bread, grain, floral hops, earth, citrus and biscuit. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of bread, grain, earth and light sulphur. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Decent pilsner, but really not worth the price. Drinkable
