Sampled from can at Standard Market, Westmont. Not much tops a really fresh pilsener, even out of a can or bottle. But the style is very delicate and demanding, which is why there are not many small brewer versions on shelves. This one has a sharp, peppery nose of Noble German hops, pale yellow, with a welcome beer fizz. taste is clean, with light malts working hand-in-hand with those hops.

5/21/13. 16oz can from Grassroots. Clear golden orange pour with a small off-white head that doesn’t last. Fruity seltzer water aroma with lemon zest, pilsner malts, and floral and grassy aspects. Dry flavor with much of the above and a slight apple aspect. Not bad.

Tap @ Tmac, Cumming. Clear, bright yellow. Smells like a CD-Pils. Straw, skunk, pale malts. Taste has a great hop flavor, some straw, hearty malt, full flavor of rich grains. Finishes with a fresh, crisp mouthfeel. Very enjoyable, made to drink out in the sunshine. (3705)

Can poured into glass. Well for a pilsner that came out of a can I was pretty happy with the overall experience. Easy drinking but nothing too exciting.

Not bad. A light orange pour. Aroma of fruits. Flavor is sweet with a light body and a slight hop finish.

Can. This beer seemed entirely anticlimactic to me. It was fairly crisp, as they name would suggest, but was fairly unremarkable. Smelled and tasted much like the run-of-the-mill lagers that are a dime a dozen. Whatever.

Can. Pours a hazy golden copper color with a white foamy head. Nose is light sweetness, honey. Palate is crisp and yet sticky. Flavors of dry malt notes, stickiness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Strange. I thought this beer was labeled as "The Crisp". What’s with this Sehr business? $1.79 at Top Shelf. Poured from can into a snifter... was I not supposed to? It’s orange; thin white head. Smells and tastes of hard boiled eggs, Pilsener malt, noble hops/East Kent, tapioca, sunflowers, and yeast. Crisp indeed it is. Just not that complex or interesting.

Draft at Redlight. Pale golden pour with a sudsy white head. Grassy hops and pale grains on the nose. Fairly hoppy flavor with pale malts, graininess and touches of metal. Light and easy to drink. Not too shabby.
