2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light and sweet. Not much flavor or body at all. A decent beer to compliment food since it wont impart any flavors which may take away from the meal. On the other hand, it doesn’t compliment other flavors well either. Drink this one on a hot day and don’t think much of it.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a can in Wetherspoon’s bar into a tulip like glass. Orangey colour with nice head. Sweet and creamy but with a bitter finish. Very enjoyable beer that leaves you wanting more. Well done to Wetherspoon’s for bringing us this.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can at Square Peg, Birmingham. Really enjoyable. Great carbonation, sweet hopped arome. Great, thick mouthfeel, with bright and breezy flavour. Didn’t really twig that it were a Cream Ale, thought it were an APA - but in retrospect the added sweetness and smooth gobfeel should have given the game away. Liked.

Beautiful to look at. Perfect in fact. Orange with a lovely head and a hint of floaters. Citrus sweet and some spice and altogether very very nice.

Can from the White Lady JDW. Pours an amber haziness. Nice aroma of pine hops. Tastes bitter & sweet in balance with a nice creamy palate. Refreshing. A simple session brew. Decent no doubt. Humble. A beer to go with uncomplicated food I reckon.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can from Alexander Graham Bell.
Appearance -beautiful red with generous head.
Nose - gentle floral notea with some sweet malt in the background.
Taste - tangy with sweet honey in the middle then the tang kicks in again.
Palate -medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly fresh finish.
Overall - there’s something about this style that I just can’t get on with.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can at Moon Under Water. It pours cloudy amber with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, pine, soft fruits, lactose, orange peel and caramel. The taste is crisp, bitter, light creaminess, pine, varnish, banana, citrus peel and a touch of spice in the background with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Well-rounded and rather drinkable. Decent stuff.
