amazing, what can come out of a can these days. my only regret: having to leave lunar before the 400 wings came out. creamy, bubblegum, medium, smoke, earthy, astringent, flat, brown, thick, golden

This beer was a big surprise. BIG Surprise. Pours a medium stout brown with a tan head. Nose is earthy peppers, some roasted malts, and cocoa with chocolate, and earthy spices. Flavor is earthy peppers right in the front with roast, cocoa, chocolate, and spices. Medium in body and lingering earthy spices in the finish. At 5.5% if this was around me, I would drink the hell out of this beer. Top-notch.

This beer could’ve been less overdone and I don’t think I could take more than one of these a week, but no one will deny that this is an interesting beer. Oily texture, surprisingly weak body, but the flavor and aroma are all mole. Lots of spice, some chile heat, but mostly chocolate. Tried at Dempsey’s Pub in Lawrence in 2012.

Wow. Unique stout brewed with interesting spice. Almost has a chili pepper kick at the finish. Definitely try this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I don’t know why people don’t rate this beer higher. I think its awesome and its hard to keep from drinking a whole six pack in one night. It has great chocolate and pepper notes in the nose, a nice spice on the tongue and back end. Well balanced. A great beer.

Had this one on draught at the House Pub in St. Charles, Illinois. Awesome chocolate and slightly peppery.

Had this in a snifter glass at Maria’s in Chicago. Had a great viscosity and thickness as well as a lovely hint of chili spice on the finish and nose. Perfectly roasted malts add to the nicely balanced flavor. The heart is strong in this one, folks.

A decent stout with a mild pepper finish. I am not usually a pepper beer drinker but this is an exception

Mole Mole ahhh baby were going to go Eye Eye Eye Eye. Not bad for a coffee/cola type beer. Goes really well with spicy buffalo pretzle pieces. I love the Aztec drunk mean skeleton on the front of the can. Makes me want to eat some mexican food and drink mole stout. Big red will knock out this stout beer so your boss wont know. Dont forget its ok to drink at work but its not ok to drink while your driving. Mole Mole ahhhhh

Wow. A new beer experience. Just when I thought I had tasted everything, this beer is like none other, yes none, not "no". It may as well be black in color but its not. The head is like bubbles swimming on the surface of a black lake. No, I’m not stoned. You just have to see it. No other beer I have seen does this. The aroma is coffee and anise, the taste, much of the same but accentuated. The mole comes in on the finish and lingers. Its like spicy, licorice, thin coffee, but it is unique and therefore enjoyable. Its what makes you different that’s special.
