Brewed on our pilot system, this traditional Saison is meant to slake your thirst, not leave you inebriated after toiling in the sun-baked fields (or festivals). Fermented at high temperature and using Noble-type hops, this beer has plenty of character to satisfy even the most discerning of palates and light enough that you won’t need to take a nap and end up with a sunburn in some ungodly place.

Crushed with Jakebra at the Colorado Springs Saison Festival. Very interesting. More of a Belgian ale than a saison it seems. A little poopy on the nose. Grassy, citrusy flavor. Thin body. Good try for Ska.
