3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours thick juicy orange in color with a white head. Aroma and flavor both bring malt presence as much as citrus like juicy hops. At first you get almost white chocolate before the orangey hops hit you on a well balanced body.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden amber with a thick, fluffy, ivory head that pillows. Resiny hops dominate the aroma, which has a touch of citrus but not much else. Flavor, fortunately, is better, boldly hoppy with woody and resiny notes and quite bitter. Hints of Mandarin orange, grapefruit and sweet malt make their appearance. Mouthfeel is firm, and smooth yet lively, leaving a nice hoppy finish. Get down, dirty - and hoppy.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
651 ml. bottle. Bottled 06/28/13. Pours a thick, well retained ivory head, with extensive lacing over a slightly hazy, gold (SRM 5) body......nose is pine, citrus, light toffee/caramel, with the hop aromas dominating.....taste initially is moderately sweet toffee/caramel tones, tropical fruits including mango, then pine, pineapple, finishing with a lingering slightly harsh bitterness......mouth feel on the heavy of medium, sticky, alcohol warmth present, carbonation low, with a clean acid finish. This may be a bit over the hill, as the hop back bone, which is very present in the bitterness, is light on complexity in both aroma and flavor. There are none of the more delicate, nuanced additions from the hops. It is all BLAST on the nose and tongue. The now simple malts are over whelmed. BJCP 7/3/13/4/7

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/4/2013. Pours fairly crystal clear orange amber color with a 2 finger dense cream colored head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big peach, pineapple, tangerine, lemon zest, orange zest, orange rind, floral, grass, pine, honey, bread, and floral earthiness. Very nice aromas with good complexity of citrus/tropical hop notes with moderate malt balance; and good strength. Taste of peach, pineapple, tangerine, lemon zest, orange zest, orange rind, floral, grass, pine, honey, bread, and floral earthiness. Good amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, pineapple, tangerine, lemon zest, orange zest/rind, floral, grass, pine, honey, bread, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of tropical/citrus hop flavors; with a moderate malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a crisp, sticky, and lightly slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice DIPA style. All around good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hop flavors with moderate malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours amber with a small head.
Nose shows heavy sweet clean malt with some fruity confectionery and piny hops.
Similar flavours with lots of malt and some pine and resinous hops, but then a massive sharp bitterness rolls through accompanied by a fair bit of booze.
Body feels pretty thick.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Hazy orange with a medium sized creamy white head. Pine, citrus, white bread, cheese, light tropical fruits. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Malty sweet with a long bitter finish. A bit alcohol presence. Perhaps a bit rough, but I like it anyway.
