Poured amber with an off white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Typical IIPA flavors throughout. I’m glad I didn’t drink a full pint of this last night after the other. The 10% is well hidden.

Reviewed 11/10/2009 (bottle): Pours a dark brown color body with a small foamy off-white head. Hoppy aroma, grapefruity. Some dustiness. Nice taste. Aftertaste of citrus and hops. Somr dustiness, maltiness. A little funkiness exists in the aroma.

22 oz Bottle from Secret Santa. Straight up IIPA. Piny hops in nose with some sharp grapefruit. Taste sweet hops, grapefruit, sugar, etc. Above average beer, average IIPA. Definitely enjoyable.

Bottle from Santa. Pours a dark orange color with light red hues and a fluffy white head. Nose is sweet malty notes with a nice big piney and spicy hop presence. Palate is full, fluffy and a bitter finish. Flavors of toasty sweet malts and piney hop notes.

Better head than you ex. Dark, translucent amber. Middle school textbook, light workout gymbag aroma. Flavor has a splif hop and flat malt character. The feel is initially weak, quickly develops to a quick, sharp, hill country bite, and subsides with a light sour malt floral hop character. Slight after-fizz on the finish.

Hazy gold or dull copper. Short white head with some average lacing. The aroma was heavy on citrus hops and unchecked alcohol. The flavor was spicy citrus and some booze towards the finish. The mouthfeel was oily and slick. Not great.

pale orange color, small head. citrusy hop, sweet, pale malt notes. taste has a good amount of bitterness up front, turning to sweet, pale malt flavors, finishing somewhat dry with some alcohol burn. i’m gonna guess a lot of amarillo hops.
