Can. Burnt orange colour, one finger thick lightly golden head. Aroma is toasty caramel malt with a bit of cooked peaches. Sweet malty palate, a little stonefruit, with a wash of bitterness that cuts through the finish, with a slight medicinal quality. Tasty.

Can at the Exmouth Arms, London on 12 April 2014. Poured a clear amber, with a white head. Very quintessential US Craft pale aroma; malty, citrus hops and pine needles. Creamy malt flavours, with mango and tinned fruit sweetness. Finish was full bodied with candy and melon.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2014 12 ounce can. I didn’t notice all the merits that the brewers mentioned in their description. It has an amber appearance and abundant white foam. The aroma is generally malty. The taste is metallic and grainy. Palate is light side of medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Overall, pretty pedestrian.

355 ml can.
Pours nice clear dark amber color with a large lasting head. Aroma of citric fruits, subtle grassy hops, some caramel malts and resin, faint pine notes also. Flavor of bitter caramel malts, resinous hops, sweetish fruits and hay. Moderately bitter palate, malty finish. Quite straightforward and clean product. Refreshing.

355 ml can.
Pours a copper colour with a large whtie frothy head. Aroma of grains, grassy bitterness and some mild spicy notes. Flavour of caramel, mild honey sweetness, harsh grains and spices (especially pepper). Medium bodied, harsh mouthfeel and a harsh, grainy and bitter finish. Musty and harsh, but I like the bitterness here.
