COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The perfect Mexican lager. Light and refreshing, it really hits the spot after a long day of brutal chainsaw work. Brewed with the finest malt, Saaz hops, yeast, water, and love.

12 ounce can. I think they ran out of ideas on what to call this one. The can didn’t have any description about what it contained, other than the name of the beer and a picture of a Hispanic man with a chainsaw that said "SAAZ" on the side of the blade. I wondered, what makes it Mexican? I’ll give it a try. It ended up tasting just like a regular lager, perhaps even less lively than Yuengling. I couldn’t pick up on anything out of the ordinary here. It was a pale, clear yellow and light bodied. Traditional lager taste. Not much aroma. Watery and probably refreshing, as they claim, after a long day of brutal chainsaw work. I’ll never know for sure, though. Once again, I’ve fallen victim to dubious marketing.

Clear straw yellow with an average white head. Aroma is of grain, light hops, and grass. Taste is refreshing with some grain, malt and light floral hops.

12 ounce can bought at Binney’s in Bolling Brook, poured a clear light yellow collor, aromas of grass, malt, gran, and some cereal. Flavors are the same with some sort of werid aftertaste.

Clear gold pour out of the can. Not a lot to say except this is a pretty tasty Mexican style lager. Grassy, earthy and light. Very drinkable.

Aroma is a mix of malts and grassy hops, similar to a helles. The flavor is mildly sweet grains/malts, mild fruit undertones and a grassy and bitter finish.

Can. Pours crystal clear, fizzy ok white head, straw yellow color. The smell is light, hops, grass, slightly waterness, and light malt. The taste is malts, clean, crisp, light, and some grass hops. Tasted good and went down easy in this 100 degree Texas heat.

Not a overly heavy flavor but its enough to compete with beer of the same caliber. Would do great on a beach or outside when its hot.

Poured from a can. Nice pale straw color, slight head very little lacing. Cereal, bread and Saaz hops that tastes a lot like most cheap American lagers that I’ve drank over the years, only this one may be slightly better than the Budweisers and Millers of the world... but at the price point for a sixer, I’d arguably go with one of the latter next time. Ska does some good beers, but this one was pretty average (although I wasn’t expecting anything mind-blowing from a lager).

Bottle at flying saucer beerfest. Faint aroma of grains and corn. Clear yellow color with awesome lacing. Very refreshing, easy to drink
