It’s Old Man Bitter

A mix of citrus and pine that will remind you of the time you went on a vision quest with your Native American cousin and you woke up in a pine grove full of grapefruit trees.

An American-style India Pale Ale with a deep golden-orange color. Bitter and hoppy, with a surprisingly smooth finish.

Modus Hoperandi, an IPA sitting at 6.8% ABV and 65 IBUs.

Dark, thin head, very over hopped just like in India Pale Ale should be. Perfect example of an IPA that made of long voyage across the sea. I I love that it comes in a can

Can. Copper with a 1 finger off white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, caramel and pine. Taste is similar but more pine forward with a tangerine Jolly Rancher finish. Medium mouthfeel and carb. Really nice.

Caramalt, peach, apricot, weed. Sweet citrus, marmalade, heady pine hops, hint of lime, bittersweet finish. Quite sweet for an IPA but hoppiness slowly grows on the palate nicely.

Poured from can to glass. Thanks to "Danyel" for the package! Aroma is malt forward, huge papaya, melon, pine, mandarin orange. Mouthfeel is great with a medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout but not cloying, with a nice bitterness in the following that extends through the finish. Overall this is a very well made brew.

12 oz can bought at Mariano’s. Pours a clear dark orange/copper with fading off white head that fades to nil. Aroma is dank hop bitterness with pine resin. Flavor is bitter, but overall malty, a solid balance of the two. Medium bodied with active carbonation.

Can from Cornelius Beer, Edinburgh. Bright amber coloured with orange marmalade and pine flavours followed by a creamy spicy citrus finish. Excellent!

Pours a copper golden with a gigantic, very light pull candy colored head. Excellent head retention! Fresh grapefruit, lemon and pine nose. Full, but flat. Resinous, a bit of tar, citrus, and finishes with pine.

Lovely American IPA with a high bitter note and some grape and pine perfectly balanced. The color is so nice this deep orange. Topped off with a nice white head.

It's a decent ipa... I remember loving it 4 years ago. It's got a beautiful look. Decent aroma and good hop flavor but I wish it had a cleaner hop taste ...smell...feel... I'll try again tommorrow.. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at biker Jim's in Denver. Pours a dark amber color. Mild hop taste. Easy drinking with a lot of flavor. Very good
