A mix of citrus and pine that will remind you of the time you went on a vision quest with your Native American cousin and you woke up in a pine grove full of grapefruit trees.

Dark, thin head, very over hopped just like in India Pale Ale should be. Perfect example of an IPA that made of long voyage across the sea. I I love that it comes in a can

Nice piney, floral hop aroma....full. Deep orange amber with a nice, full tan head that has some staying power. Sweet malt at first is very nice. Quickly followed by the bitterness from the hops. Bitterness is has hints of oak and is a little harsh. Finishes with the same bitter tones. Not enough balance for my taste.

A hazy orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is resinous piney hops and tropical fruit. The flavor is the same with a creamy palate that takes the edge off of the bitterness.

355ml can. Amber body with a medium white head. Loads of lacing. Grape, mango, pineapple, pine, caramel and grape in the aroma. Flavor is also sweet and filled with tropical fruit and citrus. Finishes off with alcohol and pine.

355 ml can. Clear golden orange with big off white head. Strong bitter sweet smell. Taste starts with a striking grapefruit forrest bitterness that lasts long. A little caramel can be found followed by even more bitterness.

Can. I almost passed over this because I thought the artwork on the can was stupid. Iím glad I picked it up. Pours a hazy orange with an off white head. Big hop aroma and taste. Lots of pine and grapefruit with some sweetness. Very nice.

Can. Pine, grapefruit and a caramel malt backbone, all well balanced, simple and effective.

Pours clear orangish red with white head and some lacing. Aroma wasnít impressive...standard citrus hops. Taste is much better. Clean citrus and pine hops with some caramel malts as a nice balance.

Small head, translucent red/golden hue. Grassy, hoppy, citrus scent. Dry, citrus, a wee bit sour, much hops, with a mild lingering bitterness. Good ipa.

Can from my buddy Randy in AZ. Pours a hazy golden-amber with a big foamy head that fades slowly and leaves awesome lacing. Head never completely goes away either. Perfect appearance. Great aroma of grapefruit juice, sweet caramel malt, and wet pine cones. Tastes moderately sweet without enough bitterness to counter. Thick and malty with a hoppy finish. Caramel, brown sugar, grapefruit, and pine. Itís decent but not great. Maybe an old can considering how malty it seems?

Really well balanced IPA. Very similar to Surly Furious. Nice combo of sweetness and bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
