2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a clear copper orange with some light peach highlights and an average (1-2 finger) off white frothy head that was mostly diminishing, reducing to a medium film and large collar and having fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a light bread malt, grassy hops and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was a lot like the aroma with a light bitter malty flavor with just a hint of caramel early on, progressing with a mild hoppiness and a light citrus presence towards the finish. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow with a light citrus peel bitterness left behind.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery, dry texture and a mild carbonation.
Overall I found this brew to be a mildly hoppy and slightly fruity Red Ale with a very good drinkability...

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap @ Brewery pours a light rusty red with slight head retention. Light earthy caramel malt notes. Overall, clean red ale in need of more malt backbone.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz. bottle thanks to Kalynn. Appearance: finger white head, copper color, clear, ok lacing. Aroma: hay, caramel, floral, light citrus. Palate: medium body, average carbonation, slight dry finish, sticky texture. Taste: sweet wheat and light caramel, into hay and grassy hops. Overall, hops do not match the beer, balance is off. Not amazing.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap poured a clear deep golden hue w/ a small quickly diminishing head to a ring and some broken lacing. Mild bready aroma. Initial flavor is mild sweet w/ a light bitter aroma of moderate duration. Tastes are rye and sugar. Medium bodied and watery mouthfeel.

Very mildly flavored, only really tastes like barley. Has no notes. Drinkable, though. No off flavors. Just not really great.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 7/20
Caramel, floral, citrus flavors, not bad but if this is a red I’m a stepchild. My local growler station must have given me the wrong tap. Poured golden like a pilsner. What? Confused, disappointed.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours golden amber, something off here - dominant green apple taste and smell.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle to pint glass. Pours clear red with a white head that dissipates quite quickly. Nose is malty sweetness. Taste is malty sweetness with a slight buttering hop at the end. Not bad but nothing to search for. Would drink again.

Nothing too memorable here. Mild sweetness and malt throughout. Not terribly complex.

from BrewDog’s online shop - clear copper-amber beer with no foam left; caramel and red fruits in the nose; light earthy; quite velvety palate, moderately carbonated and fairly tasty; a decent bitterness; dry and earthy finish with notes of red fruits
