Bottled. Pours deep brown to black with beige head. Potent, volatile aroma up front with acetone character. Sweet roasted malt aroma comes through underneath. Flavor is light and fruity developing into simple toffee and chocolate notes on the finish. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied. Lacking in body and depth, but a very approachable and easy-drinking milk stout with an unfortunate off-aroma.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours black with a tiny tan head. Taste roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. I thought this wasn't very good. I would not drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Jet black pour w/ no head or lacing. Bad bottle? Aroma is way too light for a stout - tiny hint of chocolate. The taste is not nearly sweet enough to pull this off - actually slightly bitter. Not a fan!

Very deep and malted aroma, exactly what is expected of a stout, very dark, almost black appearance. A roasted taste with a few sweet notes as well, almost hints of coffee and chocolate, very drinkable and one I’ll certainly buy again.

aromas of coffee and dark chocolate, thick foamy head, very dark brown body, tastes medium sweetness, heavy cloying sweetness, very bitter, very bloody nice! like drinking dark chocolate leaves a nice tang around the mouth, full body, oily feel, soft carbonation, lovely velvety aftertaste. a winner! bottle from beers of europe.

Pours black with thin brown head. Aromas of black chocolate, roasted malt, sugar, coffee, alcohol. Thinner than expected, less sweet and more bitter too. It’s quite boozy in the finish.

Pours a dark brown black. Lacking had retention. Body and palate are good, but lacking in flavor. Ok beer.

Dark brown pour with small tan head. Aroma of malts and milk chocolate. Taste of roasted malts, milk chocolate and lactose. Medium bodied and nice carbonation. Simple beer but very enjoyable that goes down way to fast. Good beer.

Two words: balsamic vinegar... on the swallow and after, long after. This could be really good with Mediterranean or Indian food.
