2.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: translucent yellow color, one inch foam head not too dense, pretty clear yellow color
Aroma: wheat, honey
Taste: honey, strong taste that really opens the senses
Palette: bitter for a blonde, leaves the tongue slightly dry, medium body
Overall: this is unlike any blonde I have head, alot more bitter than I expected

Transparent light golden appearance with a small cloudy white head. Did not get the aroma of honey. Very good beer for sitting around and drinking! A medium body that is very refreshing!

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the Breckenridge Ballpark Pub. Pour is pale yellow in appearance with a small white head and decent lacing. Bready, doughy, straw, lightly citrusy aroma - really not much going on. Taste is grassy, doughy, biscuity, straw, lemon peel, and skunky with a crisp bitter bite on the finish. Light body with high carbonation. Meh.

I normally don't like blonde ales and this did nothing to change my mind. Weak head and a light taste. Just not much there.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught. Pours a clear golden color with a slighter white head on it. Nose is pretty light in there, but I can get a slight bit of sweetness with just a smack of honey in there. Taste is pretty light as well, and is relatively crisp and easy to drink. Good summer brew, but not a lot to it.

Meh. If it’s free drink it; otherwise, it’s not worth the money. It has that sweet macro quality--think PBR...I’ve got housework to do...

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Ska True Blonde Ale has a thin, white head, a clear, bubbly, yellow-golden appearance, with lots of white chunks suspended throughout, and some lacing left behind. The aroma is of light, sweet, biscuity malt, sugar, and a ghost of honey. Taste is of all that, with underlying honey, faint grain husk, and yeast. Mouthfeel is light, watery, and lager like. Ska True Blonde Ale finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. Overall, this is very nice, and I score it as being excellent. Try it!
