A crisp Blonde Ale. Golden in color, medium in body—she’s brewed with the help and the honey of Durango ’s Honeyville bees.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is a light malt with grain. Medium mouthfeel with a light wheat and citrus and honey. Easy to drink a decent blond from SKA.

A sparkling golden color swirls around the glass. The has a small hint of floral like flavors very light in scent. The taste of this beer has a small trace of bitterness and there is a dry almost salty like ending. A great beer for the summer!

This beer pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are skunk, and light citrus. It’s got a thin watery mouthfeel with medium carbonation. This is not a good beer at all. Avoid! Cheers!

A pretty standard american blonde ale, hints of wheat and honey. Good on a warm summer’s day and relatively non-hoppy.

Wow, I’m going way against the grain on this one. The aroma was floral and malty with hibiscus and daffodil notes. Very clear golden, thin head. Fantastic honey and hibiscus flavor with bits of dandelion. Quite possibly my favorite beer from SAVOR.

12 oz bottle in trade with jbye4334. Pours pale yellow with a 1/2" whit head. No lacing. Grainy aroma. Thin palate with a good amount of carbonation. Flavor is weak grain and a hint of sweet malt. Nothing special.

This beer was very impressive. I had tried a Ska Brew a few years back and wasn’t impressed. However, based on Ziggy’s recommendation, I gave this a try and got a 6er can. Wow...crisp and clean with excellent subtle citrus and grass tones. An easy and inviting nose that peaked my interest like the first time I saw my buddy’s mom in a bikini when I was 11. I feel the glass bottle would crisp up the flavor a little as I find cans to mellow and smooth certain notes more so than the predisesor. I could just be talking out of my butt though. The most impressive thing I found about this beer was its clarity and color. This sounds moderately pretentious and call in to question my overall testosterone level and sperm count, but the open and transparent color in my Imperial pint glass was nothing short of stunning. The hue of the light golden tint was offset only by the fact that the beer show only a minor hint of chill hazing. Maybe Ska puts anti-freeze in its beer, but F-it. I like it. Pairing this is pretty easy. Its light citrus and even lighter mineral taste would go well with medium spice Mexican or Southwestern meals. Excellent with salsa and chips. Fried seafood and even a non-chared beef and Asparagus something would be a nice mate with this. I would avoid summer soups like ceviche or light tomato based soups and sauces (except salsa) as the acidity will scram the beer taste. GO BLACKHAWKS!!!

Hazy pale yellow, thin, almost non-existent head, minimal lacing. Faint citrus aroma. Taste is weak, like a lite beer. Not much to recommend.
