3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 DrnkMcDermott (2632) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 20, 2006Loose bottle from Sam’s Wines, Downers Grove. Definitely the American brewpub style of blond ale. Pours a big rocky head. Yellow body, kind of hazy with lots of floaties. Crisp and kind of lemony, with that bit of honey peeking through. Basic noble hop component. A good beginner’s craft beer. Date notch says it was bottled in October, so it’s held up OK.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 ronaldtheriot (811) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Ska True Blonde Ale has a thin, white head, a clear, bubbly, yellow-golden appearance, with lots of white chunks suspended throughout, and some lacing left behind. The aroma is of light, sweet, biscuity malt, sugar, and a ghost of honey. Taste is of all that, with underlying honey, faint grain husk, and yeast. Mouthfeel is light, watery, and lager like. Ska True Blonde Ale finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. Overall, this is very nice, and I score it as being excellent. Try it!

Golden, pale and clear pour, with subtle aromas and taste. Palate is pleasing and non invasive while remaining semi-reserved but highly drinkable.

A huge disappointment. Hardly any aroma, abut of grass and dirt. The flavor is weak with a little lemon and a bit of pepper. Very thin finish.

Beautiful, crystal clear gold pour with white head. Fleeting head. Some nice floral notes, and a touch of complexity from the honey. Unremarkable overall, but drinkable.

Appearance: light yellow, crystal clear, no head what so ever Aroma: grain, honey, pretty faint Taste: grain, hints of honey on the finish, perhaps a bit bland Palate: no c02, light body, no aftertaste Overall: this can appears to be uncarbonated, when i popped the too no pressure was released, im disappointed, i bought this can 3 weeks in colorado and drove it back to Louisiana myself, still it’s a good blonde, very mild and highly drinkable, ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 kdm1984 (445) - Missouri, USA - APR 27, 2013
Pours cloudy gold with average head that recedes quickly but leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma of hay and some fruit and earthy hops. Flavor is very light and somewhat weak with the same characteristics as the aroma. Crisp, but just not a whole lot going on here. Refreshing and highly drinkable after a workout, or in hot weather, or sessioning with some food, but does not stand out a lot on its own.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 madmitch76 (10007) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2013
26th August 2012 Clear bright gold beer, little white head. A little apple on the nose. Semi dry and crispy palate. Dry lagerish malt. Apple dominates the fruit here, lesser orange. Dry finish. Meh! Seems a bit green which is unusual for an imported US beer!
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 ajnepple (577) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 18, 2013
12 oz bottle pours pale, golden and clear. One finger of white foam settles with light patchy lacing. Aroma and flavor includes sweet malts, floral/earthy hops, toasted grains, light honey, and light fruitiness. Light to medium body, smooth and kind of creamy feel with a musty, dry finish. Pretty standard, the honey adds a nice touch.
4.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 EtTuCthulhu (464) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - FEB 17, 2013
The color is a light golden color with a white head, and the aroma has hints of yeast and wheat. The taste is quite sweet and slightly salty, and the texture has a thin texture, medium body, average carbonation, and an abrupt finish, which makes the beer quite drinkable.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of Cheerios, grassy notes and lemon. Flavor of Cheerios, lemon, and some perfume notes.
