Poured from a glass into a stein, color is a hazy yellow/gold and has a thin head on the beer which fades away quickly. Upon sipping the beer you will notice (right away) the Belgium wheat taste, followed by a hint of banana and spice. Not one of my favorites, but not bad - this is coming from an IPA guy.

Flight at bottlecraft. Pale gold with a light head. Sourish with a weird apple taste.

The aroma is full of Belgian yeast with undercurrents of sour fruit, banana, and light malts, and the appearance blends a small white head, lots of fine-grain sediment, and a hazy golden color. The taste is mildly sour and slightly sweet, but the balance is off, causing the sour to completely overpower your mouth; furthermore, the palate has a slick texture, medium-light body, soft carbonation, and a fairly sour finish.

On tap at Barrels & Bottles. Gold and clear with a dissipating head and minmal lacing. Fruity esters, sweet malts, mild bitter hops and herbs in the aroma. Similar flavor with notes of Belgian yeast, clove and banana over a medium body. I like it.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. This golden beer pours with a quickly disappearing white head. It has floating sediment pieces with spicy, zesty lemon and vanilla flavours, floral earthy notes and a warming toffee and fruity finish.

I dislike golden ales but this one is decent. Better than decent. And for the price it's even better. Nicely done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Global Brew. This may be a true blonde, but it’s not a true dubbel. In Belgium, this would be a tripel. It’s a pale hazy yellow with an ABV of 8% - - the definition of a tripel. Regardless, it’s very good. Fruity yeasty aroma with banana, clove, various other fruits, yeast and spices in the taste. A fine product.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a hazy gold, with a slight white head. Taste fruity, sweet. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At 8% this brew is scary drinkable. Im not the biggest fan of the normal Ska True Blonde but this beer changes my mind. Notes of spices and Belgian yeast, this beer packs a ton of flavor and characteristics. Drank out of a bomber, this brew pours a bright golden color with an off tan frothy head. Overall, a solid, easy drinking brew.

Hazy gold color. White head. Strong aroma of basement/old paper. Flavor is complex with belgian yeast, lichen, mineral, and grass fibers along with some bitter, fruity esters. The alcohol is too prominent. Harsh mouthfeel. Good enough flavors to be awesome though.

Bomber at Patricks mansion with Taylor and Patrick. Pours a yellow gold. Aroma of fruity harsh bubblegum. Taste too fruity and more fruity harsh bubblegum. Finished USB harsh and lasts too long. Not very good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
