The aroma is grassy and flowery, with pale malts. Grainy and flowery flavor with hay and a decent bitterness. Medium body and an appropriate level of carbonation. Decent bitterness towards the end. Overall, too grainy and hay-ish, and not as fresh/refreshing as I could wish for, but it’s a decent brew. Rating: 4-3-5-3-11-2.6. 120512
Bottle. An almost clear, golden beer, just some faint hazyness, and a small, off-white head. Pale malts, some wort, a touch of fruity, grassy hops, and a little sourish touch in the aroma. The flavor is less on the sourish side, but still a bit heavy on pilsner wort. Soft carbonation, medium body. Some bitterness towards the rather wort-like finish. I think I could drink a few of these I guess, but it’s certainly not a winner. 120720

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, sour straw, light grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tart, citrus, lacto, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120829]

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2012, TAP1. Pours a clear and yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

500 ml bottle, shared by my beerpal Olav (bought at Skagen Bryghus). ABV is 4.8%. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of honey, unfermented pilsener wort and dust. Acidic flavour, notes of lemons and industrial vinegar. Must be spoiled.
