COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Kobberfarvet maltet og humlet øl. Brygget med 6 forskellige malte og 3 humletyper (tyske/amerikanske). Kraftig krydret smag, som afrundes af maltsødmen, med et afsluttende snert af lakridsrod. Varmende og alkoholrig øl.

I oktoberfestugen finder vi vores 1 liters krus frem, så glæd dig til at nyde denne øl i store slurke. Går rigtig godt, sammen med sild og snaps eller en bryggerburger.

Clear medium to dark orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110208]

On tap @ the brewpub. Reddish golden body with a thin off-white head. Nice, clean aroma of malt. Flavor is sweet malt and light hoppy. A rather straightforward but nice beer with nothing extraordinary going on.

[Bottle @ Odense Tasting, 14th February 2009, remembered for Carsten BeerMouths fantastic 3 meals highend gastronomy.] Although it’s long time I’ve tasted these brewdrops I remember it as more a bock bier as an oktoberfest, but a nice one indeed.

50cl bottle. Thanks Rene. Pours cloudy orange with a egg white head. Nose is sweet malty. Hay and caramel. Medium bodied. Tiny alcohol notes. Very much like a heller bock. OK
