Good color, clarity and head. This had the lager aroma and was tasty with a good finish. This was a nice average lager.

Pours a clear, pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing and thin white ring. Aroma of golden and crystal malt, light citrus zest, some fruity character and a touch of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of crystal malt, fruity, white pepper and a touch of honey. Finish is semi-sweet with a light citrus and fruity malt aftertaste that quickly disappears. Angeloregon (2038), Portland, Oregon, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 16, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Crystal clear pale yellow with a dense and slightly creamy white head. Neutral, slightly yeasty/bready nose. Body’s slightly heavier than light, but not too much so. Super biscuity and toasty mid-palate, lots of grain husk in there, too. Even a little leafy toward the end. Tons of flavor for the abv. jcwattsrugger (5583), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 1, 2005 (Draft: Scagit River Brewing Company in Mt. Vernon, WA) Very grainy, moderately sweet, and somewhat bitter, this isn’t an especially pleasant tasting beer. The nose is equally grainy and sweet, with a somewhat dusty character. Light bodied, but with enough sweetness so that it’s not thin. Straw colored, clear in appearance, but the small whitish head fades to a ring, leaving sporadic dots of foam on the glass. Blah, not a good start to sampling the beers here.
