Cloudy limoncello body with creamy, perfect head, Feint coriander flitting in the nostrils and whisperings of wheat. Mild wheaty body, under-bodied even for a wit. Ok, but rather bland and underwhelming.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazed gold with a dense white head. Aroma is lemon, spice, bubblegum, light toastiness. This is pretty light and spritzy on the palate. Tastes a little toasty, with more bubblegum and citrus notes, finishing with some coriander spiciness. Nothing special, but a solid little wit with no obvious flaws.

Good color, clarity with good wheat aroma. The beer had some good flavors of wheat with the grapefruit and dried fruit flavors. This beer was light and refreshing as well and finished quite well.

On draught at the brewpub in Mt Vernon, Washington. Pours a clear golden pale amber brew with a creamy white head that has some nice retention and spotty lacing. Aroma has a light tropical fruit scent, golden grain malt with wheat, and some grassy hops. Taste is light to medium bodied, with additional tropical fruit flavors of mango, light pineapple, wheat malt and grassy hops. Finish is semi-sweet with a lingering mango and wheat aftertaste.

Draft at the brewpub. Ever so slightly hazy pale yellow body. Very little film and no lace. Nutty, toasty nose...with no shortage of diacetyl to boot. Light, slightly fizzy body. Bitter toast and stale butter mid-palate. Dry leaf finish.
