(160508) charlotte (1186), Vanløse, Denmark Jun 6, 2008 Draught at Ørstad Ølbar.Darh reddish/brownish colour with no head.Aroma is sweet malty and quite yeasty.Flavor is light rosted and spicy, feels unbalanced and odd.Not a ber i like. Theis (2040), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 3, 2008 Draught at Ørsted Ølbar. Nurkey brown - white head. Lots of candy, high sweetness, high yeasty, pilsner malty. Boring and bad. Maria (3975), Thisted, Denmark Jun 2, 2008 Red-brown with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt, and yeast. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, fruit and yeast. It’s pretty monotonous, and lacks quite a bit in being anything like the Blue Chimay. But perhaps this wasn’t the intention, perhaps it only got it’s name because it’s the same yeast?
