Sep 28, 2008 Had this at the Orsted cafe/bar, Kobenhaven 13-09-08 Pours pale yellow with a white head. Wheat is immediately apparent on the nose, wonderfully refreshing beer, despite it not being my favourite style. I like this finishes with a nice streak of lemon, really decent.

Light. Thin. OK. Some light spicing, but kept subtle. A touch sweet, but the palate is definitely a bit watery. Had many worse wits, that’s for sure.

Aug 17, 2008 Draught at Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Cloudy yellow, small head. Sweaty fruity wheat malt aroma. Some cloves and minerals. Light bodied, a bit edgy and syrupy. Short sticky finish.

Unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (240508)
