(Bottle) Pours dark. Lightly roasted aroma with caramel and hints of coffee, chocolate and dark berries. Roasted, caramelly and a bit sweet flavour with notes of chocolate. Rather round mouthfeel. Medium body.

Det här var en rätt juste porter, aromen avslöjar en skön jästkultur och lätt rostade toner. Smaken följer upp aromen som väntat och är dessutom behagligt balanserad. Slutsats: kanske lite lätt tråkig men kvalitativ.

Pours a dark red almost black with a medium tan head. Aroma is sweet with a malty and bready hint. Taste is lightly roasty and sweet. Very light bitterness. Ok, but nothing special. (Used it in a chocolate and porter pie and it worked quite well)

Bottled. Pours black with a red glow and a mediumm sized tan head. Nose of roasted malts and bread.Sweet flavor with toast and bread along with notes of licorice. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Ends up more dry again with breaddy overtones.

500 ml test bottle from importer. ABV is 7.2%. Black colour, large beige head. The aroma has moderate roasty notes, notes of mild coffee, hints of ashes The flavour has also notes of mild coffee, dark chocolate and liquorice. .Quite nice.

On draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. A highly competent straight Danish take-off of an American interpretation of a 6% porter. Down the line but pleasing. If this beer played cricket it would be a military medium pacer,

Bottle. Pours dark brown-black with a dense, lasting brown head. Aroma is roast malt, somewhat sweet. Flavor is a nice balance of burnt and sweet malt notes, with some coffee and chocolate coming through. Smooth mouthfeel. A very nice porter.
