Cask at OT. Pours out in a hazy deep golden colour with a small creamy white head. Rich rounded hop aroma of hay, wet grass and orange-peels. Medium-bodied with notes of soil, oranges and wet grass. Grass, mild pepper and orange-peels in the bitter finish. Quite one-dimensional but really well-made, lively, fresh and moreish.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 Aug 2011) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots and crystal malt. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, orange, dried apricots and floral hops in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. No surprises, but a refreshing and highly drinkable bitter. Quite nice.

gyllenbock (4547) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 4, 2011
Cask at Akkurat, August 2011. Slightly hazy light amber with a minimal head. Aroma of fruit, hay and some bread. The taste was refreshing. I found something that reminded a bit of Swedish crispbread (knäckebröd) in the taste.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear amber. Fruity hay aroma. Mid dry with soft mouthfeel and firm, light body. Generous amounts of hay-like hops. Long bitter finish. Alive, tasty and hugely refreshing.
