2007-05-08, draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm, 6-4-7-4-14=35 Hazy golden color; creamy head. The aroma is simple, very light hop. It has a fresh malt taste, with sweet caramel and a strong, good hopping, with hop oils and partially aromatic. Good. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 26, 2007 Bottled at Tegnérs Gömställe, Stockholm. Lightly hazy golden, rocky head. Flowery hoppy nose. Dry wit h crisp, dense mouthfeel. Pleasantly hoppy with notes of citrus and grass. Medium bodied. Lingering aromatic bitterness. Very well balanced. A very promising start for this new micro! ante (2525), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 17, 2007 Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy dark golden with a creamy white foam. Hoppy aroma of wet grass and oenge-peels with subtle notes of white bread and flowers. Qiote bitter flavour of grassy and oeangey hops with undertones of breadcrusts, sweet oranges, apples and vanilla. Medium bodied with a fair amount of carbonation. Grassy and orangey bitter finish that lingers on. Feels very english and is a promising debut from a new swedish micro. Rastacouere (5355), Montréal, Quebec, Canada May 30, 2007 Tap, Glenfiddich Hazy light amber pour the head is firm, ivory and stays up there. Fresh hay components emanate from the grainy, almost biscuity and certainly bready (again, quite fresh) nose that boasts some interesting quite floral and fruity (grapefruit, orange) hop notes. These pleasant flavour are all translated in mouth, where the evolution is balanced and well timed. Fine bodied, a medium palate with cleansing, engaging carbonation. My type of introductory beer.
