COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Mad_Ferret (648) - SWEDEN - MAY 20, 2011
UPDATED: APR 7, 2012 Draught at Bishops Folkunga. Clear golden yellow with a minimum haze and a beautiful steady white creamy frothy head laying like whipped cream leaving chunks of froth on the glass. Good looking beer! Medium to thin body but a good pallate. Very soft carbonation that just about do the job. Taste is fruity with some citrus and very nice sweet biscuity malt backbone. Smooth floral hops providrs an easy going bitterness. Aroma is biscuity and floral. Fruit candy and cookies. One of the best ive had from skebo. Smooth and extremely drinkable.

courtesy of Per Forsgren - cloudy orange colour with a little beige foam; fair fruity hoppiness (oranges, tangerines); medium-bodied and tasty; a decent bitterness before a long fruity hoppy finish with light notes of candy sugar

At Gossip in Stockholm with Taylor, Kimberly, Stefan, and mom. Pours hazy orange with almost no head. Aroma is pretty much nothing, Maybe some malt and hops. Taste is somewhat balanced, fresh dry hay, light bitter note, light rye. Very drinkable and kinda nice but not much flavor.

On tap at MacKinlay’s Inn, Stockholm. Golden colour, huge creamy head like a Spanish capuccino! Pleasantly spicy malts aroma. Good grainy flavours, some spiciness (from rye?), balanced by above-average bitterness, leaving the mouth dry. Fizzy, medium body. Not your average bitter.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2014 Draught (Glenfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm) - Amber with a slight haze. Fruity, dusty and hoppy aroma with peach and passion fruit. Sweet, malty, fruity and hoppy taste with notes of pineapple and passion fruit. 3 Bottle (sampled in 2014) - Amber in colour. Grapefruit, melon, mango and peach in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with grapefruit, melon, mango and passion fruit all vying for attention. Much better than when I tasted it in 2009.

On tap at Haket. A little Saison feeling. Some barnyard, discreet bitterness, soft and easy drinking. Grassy, lingering tail.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul med vit skumkrona. Doft av gräs, hö, örter och blommor. Friskt, lätt men markerad beska, rena smaker. Blommig och örtig med en gräsig beska. Relativt stadig kropp för sina 4,5%. Lättdrucken en varm sommardag och riktigt god.
