Cask @ Three Tuns, Biddenham. Clear amber pour with a medium white head. Sweet heady aroma of agave nectar and biscuit. Faint hits of toffee, wood shavings and guava. The initial honeyed sweetness belies a tartness in the finish. The aftertaste is a bit unpleasant. This is a fairly basic bitter but overall a good one: intriguing, fairly balanced and moreish.

Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. Sweet malts, tropical fruit hops, medium bitterness, not bad really.

Cask at the Happy Man, Englefield Green, 09/08/13. Hazed dark golden with a small off white head. Lacing ensues. Nose is orchard fruits, bready malt, light caramel. Taste comprises fruits, light yeast, toasted malts, bread dough, light citrus notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dryish finish with a touch of bitterness. So so.

Cask at The Bedford, Balham. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour. Sweet malty aroma with a little honey and a bit moth bally. Slight fustiness in the flavour too. It's a little sweet, toast, a bit of honey too. Fine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask. Tried at my local restaurant on a warm summers night. Crisp and refreshing with a gentle hoppiness. Served at the correct temperature it was a delightful accomplishment to my steak.

Decent golden pour. Mildly hoppy with hint of fruit, but some unpleasant veggies. Somewhat sour and tart, hmm. I may have just gotten a bad keg, but this was pretty poor.

Tasted 19/4/2013 draught "The Rock Inn", Roche, Cornwall. Poured a clear amber colour with a few bubbles for a head but laced OK. Aroma faintly of malt if anything at all. Taste of sweet malt and an ever so slight hops bitterness - not much at all, just light tasting. Light body. Smooth, soft, nice easy to drink.

Good beer, cousin brings a create up from the brewery each christmas, gets a bit heavy after a while but you don’t normally drink it after a Christmas dinner!
