Cask at Pig’s Ear BF 2007. Rather sweet and sticky, some flowers, but uninteresting, really. I hope my fairy is more generous.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Pale amber with a small white head. Aroma has a sweet dark fruitiness together with the hops. Strong biscuity malt flavour: good taste for its ABV. Some bitterness.

Aroma gives very light sulphur which i dont normally like, but is ok here. Grassy and citrus hops dominate. Taste is very similar great light hoppy ale, seriously drinkable and a great bitterness in the finish.

[Cask from The Three Judges] Gold, minimal head. Floral, burnt toast. Light body, some peachy fruit on the palate, dry bready finish.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pale amber. Citric plum aroma. Rather sweet, light-medium bodied. Fruity and lightly grassy. Mild and flavourful with notes of raisin and bread that turns to wort and vegetables in the finish.
