A slightly sweet aroma with hints of honey. Some oranges in the mouth with yet again a honey sweetness. A reasonable beer with good length but the sweetness is a little off putting. The aroma has notes of malt, oranges, and fruity yeasty notes as well as an acidic edge. The flavor is acidic with light notes of malt, flowers, and honey, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Bright citric hoppy aroma with some very faint peaty notes. Very clean mid gold with a thin white head that lasts reasonably well. Lovely creamy bitter hoppage in the mouth. Very grassy and floral. Slight bacon in the finish. Interesting and enjoyable. Certainly one of the better beers from this brewer. fonefan (11999), VestJylland, Denmark
