Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Also available filtered in bottle.
Previously called Summer Blonde.
A combination of the highest quality wheat malt and British and American hops makes this lightly coloured wheat beer deceptively easy to drink with a superb citrus finish.

Only a slight criticism but I do not like the label. Looks like one of those crap smutty postcards from the seaside. Might be intentional but I don’t like it. Nice citrus finsh without being flowery which often puts me off Enlgish beer. Decent enough, not bad.

Hoppy, heady english wheat beer with very citrus overtones. We had over 200 pints of the stuff, lugged on sack trucks by Steve himself to our Glastonbury Festival campsite. Steve said he’d brought something to appeal to both the lager and ale drinkers amongst us. Nice one Steve!

Hazy yellow with a medium sized, lasting white head. Lemon aroma, some wheat and hay. Sweet and grainy flavour.

Cloudy pale golden hue covered by a thin, but uniform white sheet of foam. Non-evolving flavours showcasing pure wheat before everything and pretty much nothing else. Faint leafy hops and light huskiness in the finish are unsatisfying. One-dimensional and boring.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mainly wood, some spices and a bit of wheaty notes. Flavour is the same, and quite watery to the palate.
