3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a pale golden colour with no head to speak of. Aroma is very faint; lightly floral with a hint of citrus-y hops. Taste is very malty, with a slight dry peach peach finish. Surprisingly tastier than I expected it to be based off the aroma.

Strange...this has almost no aromatics. I get a tiny bit of hay and honey. The appearance is an clear amber tinged yellow with a thin white head. The taste is bitter and a little sweet. Mouthfeel is creamy.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml Bottle. Aroma is primarily of malt with citrus and floral notes. As with other Skinners bottled beers the head is inconsistant between bottles and even between bottles of the same batch - it can be dead flat or lively and anything in between. Colour wise its a yellow gold. Taste is malty which developes in to a fruity (lemon) hint followed by a hoppy bitter finish. Not a bad session beer but I would prefer a Betty Stogs.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale golden pour. The nose is quite fruity and hoppy. A bright light barley sweetness along with a touch of soft bitterness. A little bit of light crackery flavour. Soft and quite lovely. Fresh and a little bit of soft astringency. It’s great stuff actually. Fresh and tasty.

Just had a pint of this beer at Spoons for only £1.99 so not bad! Its my kind of beer- a strong blonde! Just a shame they served it a bit warm. Would have enjoyed this more if slightly colder! The beer has a floral aroma & quite a sweet after taste!
