Bottle. Golden and quite pleasant at first but the taste fades like listening to a distant radio station. Not even sure if its a lager-more like a down market bitter.

Mar 7, 2007 Updated: Mar 12, 2007A had this boY, well I think I did, when I was down west, it was named "Skinners Lager". Not much to right home about really. A bit like Carling or Castlemaine, therefore shit!

Aug 9, 2006 Bottled, filtered, 330ml. Orange gold with short bubbly head. I was pleasantly surprised with this beer after expecting another lager substitute ale this was a refreshing, fresh light beer. Sweetly malted with a delicate herby background, the hops then follow through for a crisp and lasting finish. A very enjoyable beer.

Feb 16, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour with a slim white head. Aroma is sweet malts and a touch of honey. Not a bad lager; sweet, pretty well balanced malt and hops, with a light hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
