This light, refreshing, golden ale is brewed with a subtle blend of Cornish honeys. The fusion of English and Slovenian hops gives this beer a zingy flavour, combined with a bit of a buzz for your taste buds, from the honey.
Hops used: Styrian Goldings, Target.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Straw with a thin white head and heavy lacing; wheaty grain flavours, slightly sour, with some honey; short bitter finish. Not at all bad.

Bottle. This is a nice golden ale with some good hop spice and a refreshing clean finish.

Paradise Place JDW, Brum. Bright slightly dusty orange amber with clinging lace. Itís in good nick. Tea and barley sweets aroma, plus butter. Faint orange hop and yeast; vanilla sweet but enjoyable, honeyish without being cloying. Some herbal lawn-like hop on the swallow. Sweet, slick and a bit like a glass of milk with a Honey and Lemon Locket dissolved in it, but pleasant enough.
