Cask @ King William IV. Dark golden body with a white head. Aroma is mild and fruity with a hint of caramel and yeast. Flavor is soft caramel malt with a light and fruity bitterness. Decent but pretty average in flavor.

Cask@King William IV, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden and grassy with some mild notes of yeast as well. Flavour is bitter grass, fruits, some sweet malts as well as some herbal notes. A bit dull in the flavour.

Bottle from Wadebridge Wines. Pours clear amber with a big white head. Aroma of fruity hops. Taste is fresh and crisp hops, with a good fruity lingering end, Another good one from Skinners.

Cask conditioned at The Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Amber with white head. There is a slightly farmy note initially, quite eggy, quite a bitter edge. This becomes quite fruity, fullish, malty, developing a mooreish quality. Pretty decent.

50cl bottle from Dr.Ink of Fulham. Golden amber with a ring of white head; aroma of earthy malts and also peaches; full-bodied with a crisp malt flavour; the finish has biscuit and crystalised pineapple. An interesting bitter.

Cask, British Lion, Devizes. Golden-amber. Spicy hop aroma maybe with a hint of pedio in this sample. Earthy-spicy hop character and some nice, rich breadcrusty malts.

Beershine (5196) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 2, 2010
cask @ The British Lion, Devizes. Medium-amber with thick frothy head. Nicely hopped aroma is flawed by some pedio. Soft palate with a strange aftertaste like hydrogen peroxide. The beer is dirty in places and probably not in the best condition but itís still not bad. Has a nice fruity malt character.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Not a promising aroma: vegetal and sulphurous, but the taste is attractive: marmalade malt and a mid bitter finish.

Cask @ The Clarence, New Brighton. Slightly murky dark amber colour with a small off white head. Some fruit and hop lurking in the nose. Flavour had traces of more fruit , with some sweet malt notes and was pretty middle of the road stuff in a vaguely endearing way. Dryish bitter finish. Quite drinkable on the whole and probably one of the better brews Iíve tasted from this brewery.
