The beer has a floral and herbal bitterness. Malts have typical bread and sugar notes. Flavour is the same with some strange coriander earthy and yeasty dough like acidity notes which arenít delicious. The beer has a light copper colour and small head. Nothing to do here. Move along.

Cask at The Old Ale House, Truro. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, peach, some grapefruit, slight pine and grassy hops. Taste of grapefruit, peach, slight pine, subtle caramel and grassy hops. Light bodied and an oily texture. A dry, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A well hopped golden ale, light for a 4.8% though. Ok

smells like that tropical fruit bubble gum you used to get, pale gold with a foamy white head, it is lovely and fruity and refreshing, far, far better than i was expecting, bravo!

In short: standard bitter.
Pours clear golden with nice white head, flat carbonation, some herbal character, mild bitter. Quite average.

Bottle from the Bottle Bank. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - citrus and pale malt. Smells a bit like a shandy. Taste - plenty of lemon in fact going into lime. Pale malt again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it hasnít scored well but I think this does exactly what the style demands.
