3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the Bottle Bank.
Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head.
Nose - citrus and pale malt. Smells a bit like a shandy.
Taste - plenty of lemon in fact going into lime. Pale malt again.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - it hasnít scored well but I think this does exactly what the style demands.

Bottle 50cl. Slightly hazy medium amber color, small frothy off-white head that lasts for a while, fair lacing; shy aroma of sweet malts, toasted, light fruity notes (lemon, grapefruit), bit bready; taste is mild moderate sweet and light bitter; medium body, oily texture, mouthfeel on the verge of watery, average carbonation, finish light bitter, hint of citrus; overall a modest ale, good to drink but could use a bit more body.
