Cask at local club. Light amber with white head. Almost a summer beer but fairly hoppy some citus flavour, not quite what I was expecting. Pleasant enough.

Cask@Market Porter, London. Golden colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is wood, bready alts, earth and some sourish fruity notes. Flavour is much the same with a big fruity and wooden bitterness in the end. Pleasant.

Cask at Bankers Draft, Bedford (JDW). Doesn’t seem that this in an official part of the Real Ale Festival. Copper with a white head. Rather sweet citrus in the aroma. Taste is strawy developing a cardboard quality. Some bitterness. This is like eating a dartboard.
