Bottle from Stirchley Wines and Spirits, Birmingham. Colour is mid-way between a dark golden and a light ESB. Hardly any head, but a good aroma, with hints of strength and tart, sugary hops and some toffee. Fresh, hoppy ale, which feels American (APA) with it’s easy drinking, sweet juicy (but in this case restrained) hops. Soft, but good. Could use some more flavour, but the lack of an edge makes a neat change on this occasion.

Bottle Conditioned. Amber coloured with no head. Soft, sweetish, fleshy beer, litle condition. Easy smooth drinking but lack of finish and character.

Voivod (304) - Como, ITALY - APR 19, 2003
Orange colour, few head, soon disappearing. Peach in the aroma. The flavour is fruity (peach and apricot) slightly malty, quite watery. Not enough bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable, but too light for my taste.
