Not a good beer for certain, but far superior to the one other beer brewed in this St. Kitts brewery, Carib. Definitely not worth trying unless you seriously obsess over Caribbean beer.

Can, 4.8% Spanish version - Pale yellow. Light, grassy, some pale malts. Relatively bitter taste makes it quite palatable.

Pale golden color with a small and fast dissipating white head. Malty aroma, with some hops. Malts are also present on the taste which is metallic and presents a light bitterness.

Drank in Hong Kong Local Food Stall. Well, the crazy things about this beer is the price rises every year from less than HKD10 to above HKD15. The marketing for this beer is good but the quality is very poor!! Piss-like pale yellow colour with no smell at all. Never AGAIN!

Can from some convenience store in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a huge frothy white head and unsurprisingly.... rather a lot of broken lace as the head subsided. The aroma is light malt, dry, biscuity. The flavour is medium to light bitter with a watery, gassy, malt, light hop palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. There was a time in the dim and very distant past when I probably thought this was "good drinking". Oh... the cr*p we tickers drink these days for a rate. We deserve a knighthood!

33cl can. Pours clear golden with a smal and fast diminishing white head. Aroma is malty carboard and that is about all. Flavor is malty, metalic, light bitterness.

330 ml can at abv 4.8%. Available just about everywhere in HK. Got mine at Wui Lung Food Wholesale in Shek Wu Hui, Sheung Shui.

Piss pale golden yellowcolour Razor-thin head and residual soapy white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Minimal sticky lacing and active carbonation; Pungent smell of malt, with very strong rice and grains, very light syrups, light bread and smelly grass; Light sweet taste of light malt, with strong rice, strong grains, light wet cardboard, light bread, light lemon and grass; Light body, close to watery palate; Mouth feel is a better brewed Asian macros, ricey and grainy as hell, but at least it has better maltyness and not sweet. Wet paper gets stronger as it warms; Hoppiness is stinky grass nose, light lemon and notable grassy hops taste. Low-ebb background bitterness for abrupt non-finish; Slightly dry after taste, easy to mouth.

Comments: Like Blue Ice, this is another cheap alternative to spend many of my youthful winter nights watching football on TV. It’s actually better brewed than most Chinese macros for slightly better maltyness and near zero sweetness, but it’s heavy adjuncted and has light wet paper. Not too bad as an easy-going cheapo macro in a can, every once in a looooong while.

Lata de 330ml. Vaso Lager. Color dorado pálido y transparente. Espuma blanca; corona tupida, burbujeante y fugaz. Aromas florales, de miel y heno. Entrada granulada y dulce. Cuerpo ligero/medio y carbonatación molesta. . aguada y sensación pesada. Final áspero, amargo y seco. Aburrida. 330ml can. Lager glass. Pale gold color, crystal clear appearance. White froth. Close, lively & brief head. Floral, honey & hay aromas. Sweet & grainy upfront. Light to medium body. Bothering carbonation. Watery but fat mouthfeel. Dry harsh bitter finish. Boring.

Very clear and very light colour. Aroma very subtle grain a slight suggestion of spice. On the palate this has little taste and is watery.

Another typical mass market lager. Not worth the word "Premium" on its can, but nevertheless drinkable. Taste a bit alcohol, with slightly bitter aftertaste. Nothing to comment about, except I’ve something even worse earlier.

320ml can from 7-Eleven in Malaysia (RM7.50):
Sweet with a lot of corn and grain plus a little bit of alcohol and plenty of skunk coming through. There is a sort of metallic smell initially as well but the beer smells quite cheap on the nose.
Light and incredibly clear, golden straw coloured with a thin, half centimetre head that is bubbly but at least it manages to hold for a little while, barely budging at all over the first few minutes.
Bland tasting at first with a sort of sweet, carbonated water taste and some mild bitterness and some skunky flavours as well. There is some faint grassy hops and a little corn with some cheap lager malts as well.
Grainy & light bodied with a skunky flavour throughout but nothing overpowering at least. There is a clean but very bland mouthfeel and the finish has touches of bitterness and is dry too.

A very poor effort and if I’m honest it was pretty much what I had been expecting from this one. Not one I can recommend and I can’t imagine the beer is any good no matter where it is brewed around the world.
