COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first Belgian style pale ale. We use Belgian yeast, malts, and candy sugar to create a light, smooth and estery session beer.

Lightly fruity soft yeast notes on the nose. Soft sugars, light bread, a little pale grains. Beautiful golden orange pour with really thick lace. Soft bread flavors, banana, sugary sweetness - light. Some light lingering estery sweetness and perhaps a light green apple flavor underneath. Light earthy bitterness in the finish.

On tap. Pours cloudy gold with a thin white head. Fruit and bread aroma. Medium body and light carbonation. Toffee and bread taste with a spicy finish.
