Aroma of fruits (plums and raisin) with just a hints of hops. Bread and Caramel in the flavour with a brief aftertaste of sweet malts.

Mar 14, 2006 (On tap) Beautiful clear, reddish brown with a creamy, beige head leaving laces. Rather weak aroma - perhaps with a wee touch of caramel. Medium body with a solid, malty character. I don’t really sense the added maple syrup though - the yeast probably chewed it all up. Distinct bittering hops in the finish. Solid but unspectacular. Would have loved some juicier malts. 140306
