Apr 3, 2007 Draft. A hazy dark orange-amber beer with a thin lazing light orange head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of wood, mable sirup, and yeast as well as a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of yeast, but also notes of mable sirup and wood as well as light notes of nuts, leading to a dry end.

May 21, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Copper colour, rich firm head. Some resiny hops up front. Drying piney hops on a bed of sweet malt, some syrup lure underneath. Thick and oily. The syrup takes over more towards the finish, making it somewhat sticky. I really like the nose though, and it looks delicious.

Apr 22, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Very unclear orangey brown with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish, lightly spicy nose. Medium body, sweetish caramel notes and then a dry, lightly bitter finish. Quite a decent brew. 060407

Apr 7, 2007 Sample from 50 cL bottle thanks to joergen. Pours unfiltered orange. Aroma is woody, citric and spicy. Taste is bitter, a bit flat and sweet again with a strange spicy note. Ends in a blend of caramelly sweetness and dryness.
