Smagt ved ølsmagning i Valhal Frederikssund Kan ikke rigtig sige noget positivt om denne øl. Smagen leder i retning af et fortyndet mælkprodukt med en underlig bismag.

Taste at Valhal beertesting The only positive to say about this beer is the courage to do the experiment

13-DEC-2009, bottle @Erik, brought by Gert. Tasted blind. Very hazy, unclear golden with low head. Nose is fruity, banana, peach. Very yeast dominated. Someone guesses Wheat beer, and off course he is right, although I am having thoughts around a tripple! Very sweet, but overall nice, although the aroma is better than the body. And it is far too sweet. The bottle is revealed, surprise. We were told to bring X-mas brews, and what is this. I should not be fooled this easily! Noone mentioned pineapple in the aroma, but off course we can easily spot it now that we know. But anyway that is well integrated pineapple;-)

Beer with good aroma of citrus and an incredibly beautiful golden color that is almost orange. It’s easy taste of sweetness and a little fruit and I would drink it again.

It’s unclear, yellow-golden with an aroma of clove, wheat, pineapple and banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of clove, pineapple, banana, wheat and the finish is dry and spicy, mostly clove. The base wheat beer is really OK, but I’m not all that fond of the pineapple in this mix.
